Every visit includes nail filing, ear cleaning, teeth brushing, eye rinse, and paw butter, because whole dog care isn't an upsell, it's the standard.

Every haircut appointment begins with a full bath, followed by a customized cut, nail clipping and filing, ear cleaning, teeth brushing, and a finishing paw and nose balm, with play time built into every visit.

Double coated breeds and heavy shedders need deshedding as a necessary part of grooming, not an optional extra. Priced separately to reflect the time and effort involved.

No two dogs get the same groom here. Every appointment is one on one, tailored to your dog's individual needs, temperament, and comfort, and never rushed to fit a schedule. Whole dog wellness always comes before appearances, which is why play time is built into every visit instead of treated like an afterthought. And the basics, the things that actually keep a dog healthy, are never locked behind a paywall or upcharged as an extra.

I first heard that phrase from Dawn, a groomer I had the privilege of working alongside early in my career. I watched her live it out at the salon every single day, and it stuck with me. She's the reason it's still at the heart of everything we do here.

The fine print, written plainly, so there are no surprises on groom day.
Pets must be fit and healthy to be groomed; grooming an elderly or infirm pet is at the owner's risk. Rabies vaccination must be current unless otherwise discussed. In an emergency and in your absence, we're authorized to contact the nearest vet at your expense.
Payment is due at time of service: cash, mobile, or credit card. Rates are based on breed, size, coat condition, and temperament. Nail care, paw and nose balm, teeth, and ear cleaning are included unless too stressful for the pet or unsafe for the groomer.
To keep coats, nails, and skin healthy between visits, all dogs are kept on a 6 week repeat schedule, even for bath only appointments.
We ask for 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule without the full appointment fee. Inclement weather and family emergencies are handled with discretion, just give us a call.
A missed appointment with no notice may be charged the full grooming fee. A quick call or text to reschedule always avoids this.
Full service agreement provided and signed at intake. We do not offer anal gland expression. That's a job for a licensed veterinarian.
